OLDSMOBILE — MODEL 43-A — FOUR: Back in the four cylinder auto production business after a few years, the Model 43-A was a welcome addition in 1921. Oldsmobile launched this new lineup with an extensive ad camping which included the Saturday Evening Post. Both open and closed Model 43-A's were available with the open cars cheaper to buy and more popular in the marketplace. The model 43-A's were built on a wheelbase of 115 inches. Engines developed 43 hp.
