1933 FORD Model 40, V-8

FORD — MODEL 40 — EIGHT: In addition to a longer 112 inch wheelbase, X-member double-drop frame, the Model 40 Ford had valenced front and rear fenders, a new radiator design with vertical bars slanted back to match the rear sweep of the windshield and acorn-shaped headlight shells. Curvaceous one-piece bumpers with a center-dip were used at front and rear. Enhancing the Ford's streamlined appearance were the angled side hood louvers. All models regardless of body color were delivered with black fenders and 17 inch wire spoke wheels.
