OLDSMOBILE — SERIES L — EIGHT: The L-series remained physically larger automobiles than their six cylinder counterparts — but styling was very similar. The quickest way to distinguish the two models was in the differing grille design. Attractive fender mounted parking lamps came as standard equipment on L-series cars in 1936. Chassis-wise and mechanically, few changes were made in this group of cars over 1935 models.
