1966 FORD MUSTANG Shelby GT

SHELBY-AMERICAN — Very little styling or mechanical change from the previous year. Two models were added, though. A few Mustang convertibles were given the Shelby treatment. An ingenious promotion scheme was put into operation when Shelby sold a fleet of their cars to the Hertz car rental company. They were basically the same as the other Shelby coupes, but did have some unique differences. They were black with gold trim, and had full-size triangular rear side windows. These cars were given the GT-350H model designation.
