CUTLASS — The fancier version of the F-85, the Cutlass had now attained series status of its own and began a climb that would eventually make it the most popular nameplate for a U.S.-built car. Either six-cylinder or V-8 power could be had in any of five Cutlass models. Upholstery was cloth or vinyl. Standard equipment included: carpeting, courtesy lamps, chrome molding package, foam seat cushions and Deluxe steering wheel. Standard tire size was 7.75 × 15 inches. Cutlasses were also assembled in F-85 factories.
