VISTA CRUISER — This year the midsize Oldsmobile station wagon was the Vista Cruiser, which was in its ninth and final year for the trademark raised-roof vista greenhouse. Cutlass sheet metal was used, but the Vista Cruiser had a five-inch longer wheelbase than other four-door Oldsmobile intermediates. Standard equipment included: front and rear armrests, woodgrain decals, carpeting, V-8 engine, moldings, foam seat cushions, Deluxe steering wheel, drop or swing tailgate, heavy-duty wheels and vista roof treatment. Standard tire size was H78-14. Interiors were cloth or vinyl.
