1976 OLDSMOBILE Station Wagons, V-8

CUSTOM CRUISER — SERIES 3B — V-8 — Full-size wagons looked like Ninety-Eights up front, with a two-section upright grille. Each section contained a checkered pattern, separated by the body-color panel with emblem. Oldsmobile' script stood at the lower driver's side of the grille. Quad rectangular headlamps went above wide rectangular park/signal lamps. Twin bumper slots were alongside the license plate. ‘Custom Cruiser’ script decorated the cowl. Backup lenses were separate, mounted inboard of the upright taillamps. Two-seat wagons held six passengers, and a third seat increased capacity to nine. Custom Cruiser carried standard a 455 cubic inch V-8 with Turbo Hydra-matic, new semi-automatic load leveling and LR78 × 15 BSW SBR tires.
