1980 OLDSMOBILE Toronado Brougham, V-8

TORONADO — SERIES 3E — V-8 — A new grille gave Toronado a slightly different appearance for its second season in downsized form. The front end was similarto 1979, but the grille consisted only of horizontal bars (no vertical dividers). Moreover, those bars extended outward to the fender tips and contained the parking/signal lamps. Quad rectangular headlamps were used. ‘Toronado’ block letters reached across the upper grille panel and the decklid. Horizontal taillamps had small backup lenses next to the rear license plate. Standard equipment included a 307 cubic inch (5.0-liter) V-8 with automatic transmission, AM/FM stereo radio, power antenna, rocker panel and wheel opening moldings, level control, power six-way driver's seat, and power windows.
