CONCORD — SERIES 01 — FOUR/SIX — For improved rust protection, all exterior Concord body panels were now galvanized steel. Glass-belted P195/75R14 blackwall radial tires with wheel covers were standard; steel-belted tires and wire wheel covers optional. The restyled grille used three vertical bars to accent the five horizontal bars. Opera windows were restyled. New colors and fabrics were offered. Base engine was the 151 cu. in. four with four-speed manual floor shift. Standard equipment included a stowaway spare tire, front and rear armrests, lighter, carpeting, bench seats, folding rear wagon seat, rear bumper guards, and moldings for drip rail, wheel lip, hood front edge, windshield and rear window surrounds, rocker panels, and bodyside scuff area.
