EAGLE — SERIES 30 — FOUR/SIX — Concord based Eagle sedans and wagons also had switch-selected 2WD/4WD with optional five-speed overdrive transmission. The 151 cu. in. four with four-speed floor shift remained standard; 258 six optional (with automatic). Base model big Eagles were a bit more luxurious than their smaller brothers, fitted with standard equipment that required a model upgrade in the 50 series. The list included individual reclining front seats, extra quiet insulation, dual horns, day/night mirror, lighter, Alpine fabric headliner/visors, digital clock, vinyl door trim, left remote chrome mirror, and woodgrain dash overlay. Two-doors featured opera quarter windows with landau roof, four-doors a full vinyl roof, and wagons held a fold-down rear seat.
