1989 OLDSMOBILE Ninety-Eight, V-6

NINETY-EIGHT REGENCY — SERIES 3C — V-6 — Oldsmobile's luxury Ninety-Eight sedan-only lineup again consisted of base and Brougham models. The Touring Sedan based on the Ninety-Eight was also again offered in 1989. Refinements for the Ninety-Eight included passive front seat belts, a new grille, radio antenna moved to the right rear, bin-type glovebox, deletion of the hood windsplit molding from year previous, body color side moldings and door edge guards, red instead of body color back-up lamp bezel, graphic identification in block instead of script lettering and a new lay-down hood ornament. New features on the Touring Sedan included: a new grille, body color side moldings, bin-type glovebox, revised front seat headrests and new carpeting.
