CUTLASS SUPREME — SERIES 3W — V-6 — Oldsmobile's Cutlass Supreme for 1991 was again offered in coupe and sedan versions in base, SL and International Series trim as well as a convertible, which was introduced mid-model year the year before. Across the lineup, a noise reduction package was introduced. Cutlass Supreme sedans featured lower shoulder belt anchors. The Cutlass Supreme International Series offered as standard powertrain a new 3.4-liter, twin dual overhead-cam V-6 engine coupled to an electronically controlled four-speed Turbo-Hydra-matic transaxle on the I Series sedan and five-speed manual transaxle on the I Series coupe. The Cutlass Supreme offered as standard powertrain the 2.3-liter Quad 4 dual overhead-cam engine mated to a three-speed automatic transaxle, while the convertible and Cutlass Supreme SL models featured a 3.1 -liter V-6 and four-speed automatic transaxle.
