1992 CHRYSLER New Yorker, V-6

NEW YORKER — SERIES C — V-6 - The New Yorker's overall appearance was “freshened” for 1992 with front and rear treatments and exterior ornamentation updated, with the most apparent change being the reshaping of the decklid. The lineup again consisted of Salon and Fifth Avenue sedans. Powertrain was again the 3.3-liter multi-port fuel-injected V-6 paired with the Ultradrive electronic four-speed automatic transmission. Again the 3.8-liter V-6 was optional on the Fifth Avenue. New features for New Yorker included an overhead lamp module with storage pocket and several new interior and exterior colors. The Salon offered a vinyl landau roof cap in four colors. The New Yorker's option list added an electrochromatic rearview mirror with headlamp-automatic with time delay feature and floor console.
