1994 OLDSMOBILE Achieva, 4-cyl. ^ V-6

ACHIEVA — SERIES 3N — FOUR/V-6 — The Achieva lineup was restructured for 1994 with Oldsmobile's least expensive, compact model offered as an S coupe and sedan, new SC sport coupe and new design SL sport sedan. New features in addition to the standard driver's side airbag included tilt steering, pulse wipers and illuminated entry system with theater dimming; a revised automatic door locking system; standard rear window defogger; new leather trim option for SC and SL models; a four-speed electronically controlled automatic transaxle standard with the Quad 4 and V-6 engines and 10 decibel reduction of Quad 4 induction noise. A new, optional 3100 sequential fuel-injected V-6 engine replaced the previous year's 3.3-liter V-6. The 3100 V-6 featured a structural aluminum oil pan, cross-bolted main bearing caps, composite plastic rocker arm covers, direct ignition and special assembled crankshaft.
