1997 CHRYSLER Concorde, V-6

1997 CHRYSLER Concorde, V-6

CONCORDE — SERIES H — V-6 - Both the LX and LXi sedans offered in the Concorde lineup were now powered by the 24-valve 3.5-liter V-6 that was formerly optional on the LX and standard on the LXi. The only transmission available to Concorde buyers was the adaptive electronically controlled four-speed automatic with overdrive, which underwent software refinements for 1997. The 3.3-liter V-6 previously standard in the LX was discontinued. Due to an all-new Concorde set for 1998 release, the 1997 version was basically a carryover from the previous year. Minor refinements that were carried out included the addition of hood-mounted windshield washer nozzles and a new exterior color choice: Deep Amethyst Pearl, which replaced Orchid.
